MPA Capstone with the US Forest Service

For my final project with USC Price before graduation, I am working with the US Department of Agriculture on improved pathways toward talent acquisition and employee retention. Specifically working on behalf of the Forest Service, my capstone team is recommending pathways to recruit competitive entry level talent and to develop a base of diverse and skilled employees for the future of the agency.

​Super Deep Down Releasing This Year

The short film that I shot last year in Kentucky is in the can! The production team is submitting the thriller for the fall film festival lineup. It was a pleasure to work with Tricky Bick Productions and my costars Shalini Bathina and Lauren Sevigny. We maybe had too much fun on set.

Building a Better Los Angeles, from the Bottom Up

Literature for decades has asserted the unique ability of communities to diagnose and solve their own issues, and this community-oriented mindset is the driving force behind my work and studies. I look forward to continuing with the Echo Park Neighborhood Council and SELAH Neighborhood Homelessness Coalition, while pairing that work with policy research at USC Price's Homeless Policy Research Institute. In these roles, I have the power to shape Echo Park's neighborhood policy while developing strategies for elected officials and non-profits.

I've returned to Los Angeles after spending 5 months studying at Università Bocconi in Milan. The invaluable experience gave me European perspective on how to tackle wicked issues in the United States.
